It’s an outrage! A catastrophe! A breach of security! A game of Stromling hide-and-seek!
Last week a Stromling managed to sneak into the Sentinel Camp here in Avant Gardens. We found it napping in the RV gate, and when we woke it up it? Anarchy. Cackling like a hyena, the little rascal leapt up and caused an epic ruckus; turning over tables, riding the Dobermans like horses, and impersonating a Nexus Force soldier with a an oversized Sentinel helm on.
And then it found Klaus’ carton of Quicksicles. Ever tried to catch a Stromling when it’s all hopped up on Quicksicles, leaping through the air like a jumping bean? It’s like catching a greased pig with the power of flight.
We can’t let the Stromlings think it’s that easy to get into the Sentinel Camp! Head into their territory and last as long as you can using the Survival challenge – that’ll show the Maelstrom that they’re not the only ones who know how to crash a party.

Win back the Sentinel Camp’s honor by lasting as long as you can in the Avant Gardens mini-game this weekend! The top ten winners from each age group (12 & under and 13 & older) will win themed in-game prizes and LEGO Atlantis sets! To enter, simply play the Avant Gardens mini-game between Saturday, September 10th and Sunday, September 11th – your score will automatically be entered, easy as that! Play as many times as you like!
To qualify, players will not only have to last as long as they can, but must also score at least 1,000 points per minute. This means that if you play for 100 minutes, but do not have a score of over 100,000 points, then you won’t qualify to be a winner! You will have to actually fight the Maelstrom this weekend to get your hands on this wave of prizes!

The Details!
If you play on the Overbuild Server (US), you must play the Survival mini-game in Avant Gardens between 12:01 AM EDT Saturday, September 10, 2011 and 11:59 PM EDT Sunday, September 11, 2011.
If you play on the Storm Server (UK), you must play the Survival mini-game in Avant Gardens between 00:01 GMT Saturday, September 10, 2011 and 23:59 GMT Sunday, September 11, 2011.
If you play on the Exeter Server (Germany), you must play the Survival mini-game in Avant Gardens between 00:01 CEST Saturday, September 10, 2011 and 23:59 CEST Sunday, September 11, 2011.
The in-game leader boards will not reflect the 20 winners, as we are collecting the 20 players who score the highest across the 3 Servers.
We will determine the top 20 winners, across all 3 servers, based on time and score– the longer you last – the better! To qualify, however, winners must score an average of 1,000 points per minute.
Play as much as you want during the weekend! The top 20 winners will get their LEGO sets and LEGO Universe game in the regular mail whereas the rest of the prizes will be distributed via in-game email.

2. HOW TO ENTER:
Log on to the LEGO Universe online game and complete the Survival minigame in the Avant Gardens zone between 12:01 a.m. EST Saturday, September 10, 2011 and 11:59 p.m. EST Sunday, August 11, 2011. Winners will be selected based on how long they last in the minigame, while obtaining 1,000 points per minute. Players can enter by playing the minigame as many times as they like in order to improve their completion time, but no player will be awarded more than one prize.
3. HOW TO WIN:
Once you log in and complete the requirements, you will be automatically entered into the drawing; there is nothing more you need to do. Winners will be selected based on how long they last in the minigame, while obtaining 1,000 points per minute. Decisions will be based on the subjective opinions of the Judges, and will be final.

4. ELIGIBILITY:
This promotion is open only to LEGO Universe online game players who are residents of the 50 United States plus the District of Columbia, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada, except for the Province of Quebec. Employees of the LEGO Group, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to participate. Additionally, eligibility is limited to those who have not won a prize from any LEGO Universe promotion in the 30 days prior to the Prize Award date.

5. AWARD OF PRIZES:
Twenty (20) winners will be picked from among all eligible entries on or about September 16, 2011 by members of the LEGO Universe Judge Team, whose decisions will be final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received, and the skill of the entrant.

7. GENERAL RULES:
Winners will be notified by email to the winner's email address of record.
No substitution of prize or transfer of prize to another person is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the unlikely event that the intended prize is not available, or in order to award a prize appropriate for the age of the winner.
All submissions become the property of the LEGO Group. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the winning entry to make it technically suitable for the game.
All decisions of the Judges are final.
All income taxes and fees and/or duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of each winner.
In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities, or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void.
By accepting a prize, winners (and their parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees, and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of the prize. Winners (and their parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
